Bought Credits... Haven't Received.

I purchased hosting credits for 6 months and haven't received them. My account is now suspended.

Like I mentioned in the shoutbox your the second person to get this problem, and I believe it has to do with the automation system when the payment is made and the credits are not giving. So drop a support ticket at www.xistosupport.com and you should get them soon, and so in the mean time just do some positing to get your account of of suspension and that way you will get all the credits in the positive and not lose any from the negative credits you might have already.

Hi,

I guess you sent the payment to sales AT xisto DOT com . Please confirm to the email sent to you by OpaQue, also whenever credits are purchased do not forget to put in your username or else it gets a bit difficult for me and OpaQue to keep a track of payments received,

Thank you for buying credits from us though :P

You can always go to our ticket system and send us a teeny tiny mail stating your problem.

Yea SM directed me towards Xisto Support/Helpdesk and im dealing with opaque right now. Great fast support and yes I am Jam++ ++rton... lol I confirmed myself through email... thanks for the help
