Hello SkillsToShow. I am ComRadKeL (Sky {Kel}) from Invisionize (Kel-F) on IPS Company Forum. I generally help out with IP.Board support. If you like, you can either get help here, Invisionize, IPS Customer Peer-2-Peer Technical Support or via your IPS Client Area and request a ticket to IPS.

IP.Board 2.3.3 is not very recommended now as it does have security related breaches. Please go to your IPS Customer Client Area and download the latest version of IPB.
If you do not have a currently active license for Invision Power Board then I suggest you buy a license before using the software. A Standard IPB License at the IPS Store is only $149.99 (£70 in GBP). You can buy a License there. If you have a pirated board, then I cannot provide support. (I don't think your using pirated IPB) but most IPB users sometimes do.

If you have a License then as I said above, go to your IPS Client Area, download IP.Board 2.3.6, and replace your current installation unless you have previously had a working forum. If you have tried to install IPB but have errors, then replace your current non working installation.
