Account Termination can be completed by going to this link:
http://www.trap17.com/manage/index.php and selecting to Terminate an Account.
No need for Admins to do anything.
Be certain to save any information you might need in the future.

Because they are busy maintaining thousands of websites, making sure the servers are stable, solve problems people have with their account, making sure people who had paid hosting are paying, etc etc. It only takes 5 minutes for you you to click a couple of links fill in some info and your done. So to make their lives easier terminating your account is left up to you and or the credit system, and thats why admin don't do it unless your websites is breaking the TOS and other rules about what you can and cannot have on your site.

To be clear and to inform member with correct message--
The Manage page was created to help hosting members -- not to make administrators lives easier. Instead of waiting for the next time an administrator logs in to take the request to an action, the most common requests were placed in self-help page to manage common administrative changes.
Administrators of Trap17 are busy but also we are volunteers for the position. This leaves uncertain and infrequent logging hours. Therefore, the Manage page is to serve YOU--the members--and not the administrators
