I'm a huge fan of Eels and loved when I heard this.
Apparently they are looking at advertising there new album Useless Trinkets during the 100k per second superbowl commercials. Problem is they don't have enough money so they are looking into having E say the letter "U" in a 1 second commercial. The rest of it to be made available online.
That would look so daft on tv I love it. Great little bit of publicity for a band that deserve it.
