I would say so, although, I would think you could post almost anywhere in the forum about youtube, especially if the website forums.

Well, that seems to depend... yes, video clips would be a good place to put a discussion if you were talking about the videos in YouTube, but if you were talking about the owner's or something that related back to Google, then it would fit here fine too. I think it all depends on what the topic is about to where it would fit best.
