My account wouldn't let me upload anything, so I submitted a support request to Xisto, and it's already been 10 days, and they haven't said anything yet. I set it to urgent, so I figured I would have something by now.

I figure that it's best to just reset my account. I was able to get everything off of it, so that won't really be a problem. I was just wondering, if I delete my hosting account, will I still be able to get the same domain name(hippi.trap17.com)? Or will it consider it used still?

I'm thinking about getting up at least 30 credits so I can get the better account this time, too, after I delete the account.

You will be able to get your old domain back but give few hours/days if you cannot signup for one.

When you terminate your hosting account you will lose all that's within your hosting account--including web files. So backup before you do so. Remember that once terminated you will be reset to 0 hosting credits and you will have to work your way back up.

I've deleted my account now, and I'm going to get up to 30 points now for a premium account. And yes, I remembered to back everything up.
