Might need to submit a Support request or wait for an Admin to see the Topic.
In the meantime, can you access you cpanel using this link? http://www.sbless.trap17.com/cpanel

You will have the username and password of course, but there seems to be an issue with your account simply because you are not shown as 'Hosted Status' in your Profile or posting sidebar. I think an admin needs to tweak your account to correct the faulty Account install.

I have over 10 credits here so I proceeded on getting my free hosting account. I completed the setup and in part this is what it said"If you can see this page, then the people who manage this server have installed cPanel and WebHost Manager (WHM) which use the Apache Web server software and the Apache Interface to OpenSSL (mod_ssl) successfully. They now have to add content to this directory and replace this placeholder page, or else point the server at their real content.

Does that mean I have to wait until one of the administrators add content to the page or what? Please help. Thank you.

No, your setting procedure went wrong somewhere. You are not [HOSTED] group as you should be.

I'm going to see if I can terminate your current domain and let you start over again. You should not have lost any hosting credits since you are not part of the HOSTED group. Wait for my next post and activate your hosting again.

Thank you.

I try to use cpanel but when I type in my username and password which I specified in the creation of my hosting account it says "Login attempted failed" Is that because I don't have Hosted status yet?

Yes.
There is a 'permissions' system and you must be in the Hosted Group, account all set-up correctly. Seems there was a glitch.

I will contact Admins.

Yikes!!!

SandysDad never applied for hosting application?? What a slip up for jlhaslip and myself, huh?!! Sorry about that. I thought it was already checked.

SandysDad, fortunately your posting qualities are up to par with our forum rules so you're getting free web hosting with us. But normally your request for hosting trouble-shoot would have been non-existence since you did not request for hosting and WAITED for my approval.

Sorry for butting into the conversation here, I'm just a little curious... How the heck did he get hosted without submitting a request? Or am I missing something here?
