Background : Richari was born in the hidden Rain village. His mother was a half Uchiha (his uncle was actually Shisui, the Uchiha that Itachi killed to gain his mangekyo sharingan) who had the recessive gene for the Sharingan. His father was Kakashi Hatake, and until very recently Kakashi had no knowledge of his son. When Richari was born, it was revealed that he was half Uchiha. The hidden Rain village sought to use this to their advantage, and sealed the only tailed beast in their possession (the 5 tailed horse dolphin) inside him, and trained him rigorously from the moment he could walk. He graduated the ninja academy in the Rain at age 6, and was said to be a genius that rivaled Itachi. By the time he became a Chunin at age 8, his Sharingan had still not awoken. This began to worry the leaders of the hidden Rain, so in order to cause Richari emotional distress, they captured him and made him watch as the ANBU of the Rain tortured his mother. Their plan worked, and Richari's Sharingan emerged. He was in such a state of emotional distress, however, that the immediately cast a powerful Genjutsu on everyone in the room. In their fear, one of the ANBU accidentally killed Richari's mother. This distress to Richari triggered not only his third tomoe to appear in his sharingan, but triggered the rare mutation Rinnegan to appear as well. With the new power of the Rinnaringan, Richari easily broke free and killed every ANBU in the building (about 20 people). He then bore a deep hatred to the hidden Rain village, and vowed to avenge his mothers death. He escaped the hidden rain to seek masters to train him to become stronger. Because of his Rinnaringan, Richari was able to learn and use all types of elemental chakra. It had an added effect, however, because it allowed him to form all types of kekkei genkai by mixing the types of chakra. It was not very practical for him though, because his levels of chakra were too low for him to sustain multiple kekkei genkai ninjutsu. This is why he relies mostly on Genjutsu and Taijutsu in battle. Richari was constantly searching for his father, who his mother told him was half Uchiha, just like him. While searching for his father, he happened to arrive at Konoha. It was there that he met Kakashi, and both could tell they were related because they had the same colored chakra. Soon after, they figured out Kakashi was Richari's father. Kakashi immediately began to train Richari, who became a hidden leaf ANBU captain at age 11. He is currently 13, and is a member of a 3 man team with the 5th Hokage (naruto uzumaki)'s and Hinata Hyuga's daughter and Sasuke Uchiha and Sakura's son. All 3 are Jonin. Currently, he is working with Kakashi to try to master controlling his tailed beast, thereby giving him enough chakra to do much more ninjutsu and kekkei genkais. Kakashi is also busy teaching him every jutsu that he has copied over the years. Because this is the first ever known Rinnaringan, no one knows its full potential, or if it could develop further into mangekyo rinnaringan. The most recent thing that happened to Richari was when he was overseeing an ANBU training session and a new recruit (who was actually a spy from the hidden rock village) challenged Richari to a fight. The spy was upset that they had a "child" leading them. The agreement for the fight was to use only taijutsu (and shuriken, etc...). Because of Richari's intense taijutsu training, he easily won the fight. In his rage, the spy used his kekkei genkai (lava release) and trapped Richari's right arm in lava. Richari could not see this coming because he had de-activated his Rinnaringan to make it a fair fight. The spy was immediately killed, but Richari's right arm was wounded badly and had to be in a cast for a week (he is a jinchuriki, so he heals very quickly). During that week, Richari perfected using one handed seals to perform jutsu. Now that he has both arms back, he can use either hand to use one handed jutsu. Once, during a training session with his father, he used each hand to make a different jutsu by accident (thereby using two jutsu simultaneously). This drained him of his chakra, however, and he now practices the finite chakra control needed to use two jutsu at once so he can use it in battle.
Appearance : Richari has white hair like Kakashi. It sticks straight up in the back, similar to sasuke's and comes down long in the front of either side of his face. He has a scar over his left eye like kakashi, from his young training. his Rinnaringan eyes look like the sharingan eyes except white instead of red, with several circles coming out like ripples from the pupil, which is also white. He wears a Black flak jacket and black baggy pants that shop just below his knee. His legs are wrapped in alternating black and white wraps, and he wears black shoes. His fingernails and toenails are painted black. his right hand is wrapped with alternating black and white wraps, and his whole left arm is wrapped in similar fashion. The wraps stop just below his ANBU tattoo. He wears his Konoha headband on his forehead with long ties down his back, and has his hidden rain headband with a slash across it tied to his left bicep right under his ANBU tattoo, to remind him of his motivation to become a stronger ninja. He wears his mother's white head scarf around his waist (similar to asuma's thing around his waist). He has a long black ANBU cloak that he sometimes wears, although he rarely wears his ANBU mask, but when he does it is painted to resemble a dragon.
Abilities : Like his uncle (shisui) he is a master of the body flicker technique. He has mastered it to such a level that he can move as fast as the 4th Hokage's teleport jutsu, and can appear without making a sound. He knows many ninjutsu, although he rarely uses them because of his relatively low chakra levels and because his incredible genjutsu and taijutsu more than make up for it in battle. He is incredibly fast, and uses chakra to an astounding level to augment his speed, which is why he is to good at the body flicker technique. He is a master of genjutsu, and is said by many to be even better than Itachi. He inherited Shisui's unique mind altering genjutsu as well. His chakra control is very good, and it has to be so that he wastes as little as possible when doing jutsu. He can perform the chakra scalpel technique that is usually only mastered by master medical nin. He can also execute the ANBU temporary paralysis technique simply by looking into another ninja's eyes because of his incredible chakra control. His taijutsu skills are incredible and he practices with Rock Lee daily to make sure he stays in top form.
Goals : Richari's goal is to take over the hidden Rain village and change its entire government forms so as to never allow any cruelty such as what happened to his mother to happen again. He also wants to strengthen the ninja core of the hidden Rain so it will never serve as the battleground for great ninja wars again, as this has been the underlying cause of all the terror in the Rain village's past.
