I have a PSP slim and lite with firmware 3.80 or something and i've been having some problems. I have two memory cards, a SanDisk 1GB and a Sony 4GB. The strange thing is that i can store films on the SanDisk one but not the Sony, it just says "corrupted file' whenever i try to play the film. Could someone please help.

Are you sure you bought the real Sony 4 GB. There are plenty of fakes out there. I bought mine from a sony outlet in Japan, because in India even Sony retail outlets are selling fakes

Try formatting the card from PSP itself and then putting the file on to it..

look my friend SANDISK memory cards are rarely fakes but the SONY ones are always, therefore you should buy SANDISK as I did, and you won't find any problem.
