I click on
Create a Hosting Account and I get a page to enter my domain details and a username & password to use.
Well when I applied for hosting priviledges, does the username I chose have any significance here? In my case I put 'q3master' in the application.

I'd like my site to be http://gods-kicks-*bottom*.net/ not with the www, is it possible to enter just kicks-*bottom*.net and modify a setting somewhere in the hosting to add the gods subdomain?
DynDNS also asks for a single IP to point the domain to. Would that be the IP address of a nameserver?
I don't necessarily have to use DynDNS, I could just use a trap17 subdomain, but the domains available on DynDNS are more appealing (no offense).
I've been accepted to be hosted (thanks), and I'm just newb to the system.
Any help is appreciated
