well, ya see i got this one account, scgames, and i want to make another page with trap 17. My bro will post with one username and me with the other.

If you just want to make another page, you can just create a subdomain in your main hosting account and that's it. You will find the option in your cpanel homepage.
Generally one person can only have ONE HOSTING ACCOUNT.
If you need two accounts, you have to contact OpaQue with a proper justification.
