Hello,
I'm paying for an account on computinghost.com and i was wondering if i signed up for an account on quips could i use that account to hold my backup files for my computinghost.com account?

I wouldn't, just because if your qupis account doesn't get a certain amount of activity or you blow through your bandwidth or space you could have your account suspended. Why don't you use your trap17 account since your still hosted here, and make sure to have a zip version of all your files so they can stay compress and that way when you need to upload you can upload the zip and unzip the file right into your account.

I'm am still hosted here but i have like negiatve 71 credits, and i would use my account on here if it was active but i dont have much time to come here and post to keep the account. my sites take up a lot of my time.

Best place to store backups is "off-site", meaning an entirely different location.
I suggest you store your backups on your PC as a zip file.

Or a file download site, but be certain to meet their requirements or they will delete them on you.
