I would be very grateful if someone could tell me why I bought 6 months worth of hosting credits through this site through paypal and they never showed up. Right now I have a suspended page and negative credits even though I paid for them.

Thank-you

I made a 6 month credit purchase and my account is still closed. Please update my hosting credits!

I think Velma or OpaQue would require PayPal information to track. I'm sorry to ask for this but would you be willing to provide such information?

Thanks.

Kraizii,

I am very sorry about the delay you have been caused and apologize for the same. I request you to kindly send an email to saes AT ComputingHost DOT com with the PayPal transaction confirming the purchase. Currently I have been informed that the credits have been added to your account due to our delay.

Hi,

All that we would need is the transaction id confirming that you have sent the amount to us :D
