Cant Login To Cpanel On A Just Made Account O_o

yes,i cant login i can login to normal panel but not to cpanel i get an error every time i login i created a ticket some days ago and im not getting a responce please help me

well my account is ThePro on iPanel but i cant login to cpanel and the url is supposed to be http://thepro.qupis.com
