I have heard from one of my friend in Singapore, working as IT director, he told me that currently singapore is having IT issues. Many local programmers does not meet the world IT requirement which is developing very fast each year. So in short, singapore chooses to use IT outsource from India and China, instead of using their local programmers.
Anyone know why? As i am planning to move to singapore and work there as programmer. How?
