I recently signed for qupis account. When I uploaded all my files the site was not showing and was still rediecting to template.html and so I deleted it. But now I can't access my website as it is not considering other files like index.html, index.php for showing as default page. I now understood unlike trap17, qupis displays ads and template.html is essential and should be used for default page. NOW SOMEBODY PLEASE SEND ME ORIGINAL TEMPLATE.HTML. And then how to actually get my index.php work. please help.

template.html should not cause an issue. Remove the index.php Page. All files (not folders) under public_html may be safely removed. (except .htaccess file)

Thanks Opaque for suggesting xistosupport. I was first reluctant to go there. But after i did, it was very good. The team there is very helpful and open, and that to for a free service. I got my problem resolved.

The problem was that, when somebody visited the site, the index page failed to display and instead showed "template template.html not found". At first I thought it would surely be the problem with hosting features. But after i was told to recheck i found a wrong linking in index.php. Ahh, at last I am able to offer the service for a small group of people here in my state.

And once again thak you for being such a fine hosting.

Hi pasten,

As per conversation with OpaQue, he is aware the issue is at Qupis configuration and not your (the user's) doing. Please be confident and assure that the issue will be resolved at Qupis server's end and you will not be held accountable.

Thanks for your integrity and continuing support!!
