Please post all your tips and success stories on search engine optimisation.

I would like to find out the best way to increase the my website ranking in google and other Search engines.

If anyone also knows of anything that lowers your ranking please let us know what not to do.

To make it simple, you just need to have really good content on your site that is relevant to your keywords.

thanks for that daedworthy, i myself want a very SEO friendly site to make a it big and popular.

I have joomla as a cms and it has an option whether to make it SEO or not and a component i think that i have used which makes the urls very clean.

I might come back to this later when my new site is up.
