I wouldn't know about how you would get to integrating (I hate myself too) this into a website, but the link should help others understand what the original poster is trying to achieve

I am sorry my explanation was not enough.
I am planning to open a wiki like wikipedia where the tex formulae will be changed to images.
In the wiki the tex conversion system will be required.
I am lucky to hear from the point.
