how can i build forum ?
When I try to build forum (vBulletin) and when i finish installation very good and when i try to open index page to the forum i don't see any page
you will recieve apicture with this message

I recently bought vbulletin owned
I installed it correctly but it won't show up
How do you fix this?

Try talking to people on the vB community to make sure that you installed it correctly. Unfortunately I can't be a big help because I don't run vB. Sorry.

You should check to make sure that all files were uploaded, especially the index.php

So are you trying to install an IPB or a vB forum? Make sure that you uploaded the entire compressed file, and that you uncompressed it. There should be a file such as install.php that works you through the installation process. Did you set up a MySQL database?
