Description:
Awards System allows you to award your members with images that go under their information in Topic View and Profile View, when the images are hovered over it will show the reason for them earning the award.

Except it requires yet another Mod to the IPB and I don't know if Opaque wants to add anything more before the next release of the IPB 3.0... good suggestion, though.
