I ordered and paid for Logic Plan on Dec 9 and received all the confirmation emails, and the placeholder page is there but I've not received any follow up email from xisto telling me everything is set up and ready for me.
Is it normal to take more than 2 days?

Morning Moogie,
Might need to submit a Support Ticket at http://xistosupport.com/billing/ to have a Support Tech handle the question.
They may simply provide the information as a reply to the Ticket instead of by email.

Just a note, you should always first submit a ticket on the place jhaslip suggested and even then post the ticket number and details to get further help if anyone can/is willing help.
Also, be patient when you wait for an answer, they usually respond in a one day time (24 Hs)

To let people know that because you get eh emails confirming that yo ugot your hosting package doesn't mean it will get set up automatically and because their are only a couple of people who have Super-Admin access to WHM, it will take some time for your hosting package to be set up. Odd's are there is a working list of accounts that still need to be registered and so I would recommend that if you don't receive anything in 5 days then send in a support ticket asking about your hosting package.

Thanks everyone for your input. I submitted a ticket to support as jlhaslip suggested and support looked after me the very next day. Everything is good now
Thank you Xisto!
