That is the value of the posts you have made to-date and that the MyCents script has already credited to your account. there is usually a time lag of about 4 - 5 hours from when you post until the script runs to update your account so it may not be current. Check again in a few hours to see the full value.

As jlhaslip told it is the myCent amount you earned for your posts. It will be updated every 4 to 5 hours. And if you cross 100 myCents the amount will be transfered to your xistosupport account in the next update of myCents. It will be converted in the multiples of hundred. (100 myCents= $1 xistodollar). For example if you earned 140 myCents, in the next update your 100 myCents(=$1) will be added to your xistosupport account, and the remaining 40 myCents will stay here until your myCent amount cross 100 again. This cycle contines...
You can use earned dollars at xistosupport account to order domains and hosting. And remember another thing. If your post is big, you'll earn more myCents, after if your post is small you'll earn less amount. So, how many posts you posted doesn't matter. So try to post big posts....all the best..

Also I need to add that if sometimes they go to negative, don't freak out — that's because of some error in the script and usually it will be fixed soon.
Don't worry, you won't lose mycents because of that, but if you think that is the case and you are certain, then you can submit a ticket at the billing area.
And if you make more than 100 myCENTs and they aren't updated (as xpress said), they will be something like 'READY [160.32]" and at the next update you'll receive one dollar and the 60 cents will stay in your forum account.
