Question About Transfer CollegesColleges In Tamilnadu

Colleges In TamilnaduRespected sir , now I am studing 1st year B.E(biotechnology)in kamaraj engineering college which is affliated totirunelveli  anna university. I want to join in mepco engineering college whch is also affliated to the same anna  university for my second year.Is there any possibility for transfer ?I need to know about transfer.Please send me the procedure for it.This is my kindly request .Please...
