If the Trap17 account is linked to your myCENT account, then this isn't the proper place to be requesting termination of your account. Also, if it is linked, then the account itself will terminate after failure to "pay" for the invoices. In either case, file a support ticket for your account.

truefusion is correct, need to log into billing support and place a cancellation order for your account and to get there you log into the billing website, then go to My Products & Services, then click the product details link and then press the request cancellation button and it will be cancel sometime after that.

Oh thank you for the guidance Saint Michael, I did exactly what u told me.
So i´ve stopped using the service (been relapse and sucking at life) and I didn´t cancel, so I´m owing xisto 13 cents (LOL) so, my account have been liked to paypal f
