We need answer...no one have answer.we never can fight against so its in vain o talk upon this black money. because our government never want our country to be developed.Common citizen can pay his tax to government but top leaders and other businessman have no regulation on them so let it be .we are unemployed its ok, we are poor and will remain poor , each individual in India is corrupted so never mind.
