I have latley been hearing a story about a man who paid $3000 for a pc. He didnt get it until 3 weeks later and ended up talking on the phone with the support for about 2 hours 5 times. He had to send it in twice, get new speakers sent in. It took about 48 days when he just decided to return it... Day 64: Still didnt get the 3 grand back

graphics cards, enhance the soundcard, add another processor, put in a better fan,
increase your hardrive size, put in a better modem, crank up the display a bit with a more
sleek screen, or anything else you want. But if you are onyl into buying a pre-made
ordinary machine I would reccomend a Dell Dimension XPS with either Windows XP Professional
or RedHat Linux 3 on it.

but either HP nor Dell not good for game i thought.. IBM is too formal for using as fancy gaming.. custom with AMD will be the best.. there are lot of topics discuss about hardware under hardware forum...
as topic, AMD processor with custom config stuffs(as high as you can afford to buy) pc will be best for gaming!!

BUT, I would say that overall AlienWare has more computer systems designed more towards gaming...

the best pc in my opniion is soemthing which gives you excellent performance for a budget. not sure enitely which one that would be, except maybe a custom. . .
I've got custom and i'm very ahppy with it, and paid alot less then i would of had to pay if i ahd bought the equilivent specs on a dell or alienware.
