Hello,

Got some questions regarding Qupis.com.

If I register and don't put up a website will my account be cancelled?

I need it for sharing files.. 150mb is more than enough, just pdfs for my clients.

Thank you!
Why would you ever use the hosting to share files? I don't think that is something oy ypu you should be allowed to do especially when this is a FREE, let me repeat, FREE web hosting service. Go to paid or some other source to share your files. Seeing as which you most likely are charging the PDF's use the money earned to pay for a VPS of some sort :)

I know its been awhile ago that this was posted, But honestly why would you not mind your business? I can see many reasons why i could and would do just as he is wanting to do. Lets say for example, in my field (Automotive technician) I have a friend that is some distance away, like across country. My friend needs a wiring diagram on his vehicle. now I go in to my mitchell or alldata account and save such as a .PDF file and post it so he can print it off. now could i have just emailed it to him? sure i could have, but lets say its the same wiring diagram that I use over and over and to save time I post it on my own website so i dont have to spend 10 mins going thru alldata's BS to get to my info? now why the heck would you or anyone else have a problem with that? Keep in mind (you) "Mr. customer" are getting billed for how ever long it takes me to get to this info. would you rather pay $10 for a simple wire to get put back together or $45? I would rather keep all my commonly used information in a quick and easy place to get to. Is that file storing? yea in a sense I guess but its not to far off a website that has instructions on say fixing a phone or giving a recipe for a meatloaf. what if it was just a bunch of invoices so customers could do a simple login and view past services? is that fileshare? and to the OP i would sugguest an actual home page with all your pdf's as links, not just a directory with some files in it.

-Just cause you think like a criminal, does not mean everyone is one. (even tho his lack of techie jargon makes it look so)
in other words, its HIS FREE website he can do with what HE wants to. REGAURDLESS OF WHAT YOU THINK.
