Stanford (yes the colledge) is offering free video lessons on various subjects including programing through itunesU. here is the link

The lessons here will be beneficial to any level programer.

I've made a similar topic about this, but you can find other Computer Science videos in their Youtube playlists. And not just from them, but also from Berkeley, MIT, et al.
