I cant remember my cpanel password and although it is saved thanks to firefox i dont know what it is and want to change it. How do I go about doing this? Can someone reset the password for me and email it so I can change it to what I want and will remember? Thank you.

I replied to your other Thread with instructions for retrieving the password from Firefox.
If that method fails, please submit a Ticket at xistosupport.com.
This request Forum may not be seen until an Admin visits and finds the thread. It would be faster to either locate the password in FF, or go the ticket route.

Does anyone know which department to send a ticket too at xisto support? There are 9 departments. The CH Support is the one that is checked when I go to the site but I don't know what that is. I want to make sure I send it to the right place. Do I send it to Trap17 support or is that just for the forums?
