Anyone knows how to create custom tweeter template? Cant seem to find it anywhere..

Fantastic timing I found one on you tube by a Guy named Chris Pirillo (He is a computer g33k) The video is called "How to Create a Twitter Background Image" I think that is near what you are looking for and he has a dog here is the video link I hope I helped you out

twitbacks is just the thing you were looking for! I used this service in the past and I like the way how the backgrounds are created, but I don't use it on my main Twitter account

It offers planting your details like the name of your company, website, your own logo and personal picture, email address and so on on a background that suits you from the big gallery they offer or you can put your own background picture.
