The fifth one, hands down (though the third one isn't that bad). You could (should) make one that takes all the pros of each and mix it to form one that is better than the ones shown here.

I didn't get much into the cons for each. And I know you've done research on this before, but you should look into more user interface design theories and patterns, and also do some (more) research on user experience.
