Hello

Due to the 'Credit Crunch' i am going to be a hair model at my local hairdressers. I normally have to pay around 30 pounds to get my hair cut, washed and blow dryed but if i let a trainee cut my hair it is only going to cost 7.50 pounds.

Has anyone got any horror stories or will all be ok?

Well I heard about someone in the news a long time ago who was so traumatized by their hair cut they felt compelled to stab the hair dresser with a pair of scissors. Didn't say if they were getting it cut by a trainee or not though.. hmm!

I imagine it would be okay, you'd think they'd have someone experienced watching to make sure they don't screw up.

Hey, maybe you'll end up with a totally new, radical look.
The first to pioneer the look of modernity.
Then you could get them to name it after you and book your place in history.
Yay!

Or, maybe, the newbie misreads the label on a bottle and instead of shampooing your hair, makes it all fall off.

I would defiantly not go for anything like that!
I know they have to try some where but just not on me.
