Hello,
I have had my mycents sitting in the ready state for the last 24 hours. Is there something wrong and how I should I go about getting this resolved? Please advise.

Happened to me a few days ago. check your account billing, my myCENTs were deposited but it stayed at the ready state.
Everyone else experiencing this, just be patient, it will be resolved soon.

Submit a Support Ticket to xistosupport.com as per the usual procedure.

This happens when you change your email account in our profile. For the Billing account and Trap17 account to be linked together, the e-mail address must be same. In cases like this, you have to send us a support ticket at Xistosupport.com.
