Hello,

I have a paypal account, I would like to know which is the best domain registrar which accepts paypal payment. BUT, I dont have verified paypal account. I tried godaddy, but it needs verified paypal account. Are there any other popular domain registrars like godaddy offering cheap domains, reputable?

Xisto, the company that owns Trap17, accept PayPal as a payment for domains, at $9.99 for TLDs like .COM, .ORG, etc. You can also post on these forums to earn money for your account, so you could get your domain for free, or at least pay for it in part using forum posts.

Make an account at www.xistosupport.com/billing/ to take a look at the domains on offer and the payment methods. If you use the same email address as you used for your forum account then you can earn myCENTs towards your domains and hosting from your forum posting.

Unverified paypal ? Is paypal allowing you to make payment if it's unverified ? strange, i found most of the hosts don't let you use it with unverified paypal. I think you have options like : securesignup.net, trap17.com or hostwoot.com when it comes to paypal payment which is with cheap prices. I can't assure you that there is any registrar which enables you to pay if you don't have verified paypal account.

what!!!!
how can you make a payment from an unverified paypal account.if you want to purchase a domain in india using your debit or atm card, try using ctsindia. it has a payment gateway supported by ccavenue and the only site i have ever seen where you can purchase a domain using your atm card and a .com or .0rg just costs 499/ for a year.there is so many payment methods like atm, debit card, credit card ,internet banking and better you write posts on trap17 and earn here.

I think CTSIndia charges 499+tax, and that goes bit costly in my opinion. Not sure if they allow bank deposit. If they do then that is good. Rest of the prices on CTSIndia are bit costly for hosting. Even justhost and hostgator will be cheap in long run in comparison to them.

Don't use 1&1 even though it is advertised alongside good ones like namecheap.
I tried 1&1 and was lured in by a cheap .info domain.
You have to set up a direct debit in Paypal which is not typical.

Since this topic was bumped, I'm going to toss out a "Go with Xisto" remark. I see no reason not to. The support is great/fast, the domains can be paid using MyCents, etc. And you can use Paypal as well!

Hello my friend I know how difficult is to find a good domain registrar service which is cheap and have good offers and the most important accepting some pay ways like paypal... The frauds over internet have made that the websites are more careful with the money transaction and because of this is very difficult to find some good options when you want to buy some service over all a necessary service like domain name registration. I am sure you will find a lot of opinions and comments but I want to show you some good ways to get a .com, .net or .org domain without paying and paying a little amount of money. So you must almost know about knowledgesutra and astahost.com forums offers when you can get a domain per post when all you have to do is only make some good quality post and get some mycents and with the time you will get the necessary amount of money to get your domain for free. Of course this is not a really good option when you need the domain quickly at less you be a extremely good writer and you have a good quality of knowledge to share in the forums, neither is an option when you are not english speaker like me, I know a lot of english cause the Closed-Caption option of the TV has helped me. So in that cases be posting will be very difficult and buy the domain is the best option.

There is a lot of sites in all the languages that offer that service but if you want the best maybe is godaddy.com with a lot of offers but you tell us that godaddy is not an option for you because you don´t have a verified paypal account so you have to try in other pages.

My advise is try to register the domain name in the xisto service... Why??? Because is better if you use a hosting service with knowledgesutra. Once I bougth a godaddy.com .info domain name and you don´t have an idea of all the troubles and knowledge you have to get to link the domain name with the hosting server but if you use the xisto they have a free service to link your domain name directly to your hosting server automatically so you will not to be worried for this and you can be sure your page will be online 99% of the time because the servers are good and the domains are good linked with the server. The prices in the xisto page are not so expensive $9.99 like everywhere maybe only godaddy have some good offers. Other option you can try is find a website where the alertpay bank is accepted. Alertpay is an canadian website bank and is growing because it doesn´t have all the tramits like paypal and other payment options. You can get verified in only 24 hours and you can accept all the payments with a little interest... very little.

So if you have a question about my advice you can make me a question I will be monitorizing your post....

Regards.

Definitely I cannot say anything against Xisto. However, if you are looking for something cheap, definitely GoDaddy is the way to go. I even saw a $5/yr. domain name for new customers. Wish I would've seen that one when I was signing up...
