Ok I came across this website today and thought it was pretty cool, it's called TasteKid.com
Let's say you like a band... let's say Slipknot for example. you type it in and click the button and a list of bands that are similar to the band you typed in will show up. it also works for movies and more! this is good for if your looking for more verity. like if you are looking for bands to download/buy this will give you examples of music you might like :P I found it very useful.

It's a pretty good site =) I also like the fact that the site is made as if it was a real person! I also downloaded the iTunes iPhone application for this site and it is good while in the car , outside, etc.

once in a while, someone posts something that is actually very short and usefull. good call soviet. i did a few quick searches and found it to be pretty interesting. i want to fool around with it more in the future. especially for movies. i typed in "pink floyed the wall" and i don't think anything similar popped up though.....but then, i was just testing the site pretty hard. i am definately bookmarking. thanks bud

My first impression: goth, emo

I like the simple layout and quick loading but I wonder if the design can isolate many visitors by the first impression. While I'm still going through its contents, I just cannot get over the dark theme.

Will this be the next "twitter" like simple, what are you doing, website?

Nice one you have recommended. Looks good and pretty informative. But the navigation needs a bit of getting usual. Other than that, nice.

Wow I usually never stop to give people rep but you have won! Thank you very much for this. Sure there are similar sites that do this. But do they also come with an example song and everything? No way. Seriously thank you very much. It actually gave me lots of new things to listen to as I was in great need of new music. Thanks again.
