I have a psp.But it just can play limited video formats, so I'm looking for a video converter.What video converter can convert all video files to mp4 which can be played on my psp?

I've found format factory seems to work for everything.
Its reasonably fast, completely free, supports numerous languages, and pretty much every format you'll ever need. as well as extensive settings for quality etc. It also has pre-sets for devices like PSPs, Ipods and phones.

Moyea SWF to video converter std works very well for me and it can convert all kinds of swf file to most popuplar video,audio&image formats like SWF to AVI,SWF to MP4,MP3,WMV,GIF,JPG etc

Leawo video converter is also a good choice. Maybe you can try both of them first and decide which one you prefer.

For my Apple iPod, I have been using WinAVI MP4 converter to convert video files into a compatible format. Apart from supporting iPod formats, the application also supports exporting to formats compatible with PSPs. From my previous experiences. the programs works well and is able to process video files in a simple and efficient manner.
