it is a know fact that anti-viruses can't be trusted for security....
If you are ever downloading something or using something make sure it is from a safe site...or else you are in for trouble

Yes simply believing that one's system is secure is mere foolishness, but it doesn't necessarily mean that one should always be scared of getting hacked, does it? If we use proper security measures then we need not be fearful about what is about to happen in the near future. If we keep on getting scared then we might not be able to do anything fun on the internet or on the computer itself!
