I am unable to login directly. After trying my login name and password which fail I have to go through Facebook which allows me to login,
Not much of a problem really but still..............

Another thing: Is there a way of getting a reply that I don't know about?
What is this ticket system that I read about here? Is there some kind of ticket that I must present to get answers or better still solutions?

Hello there I think I understand your problem which happen to me a while ago. You may already be logged in though it will still say sign in at the top if you click on a topic and then look at the topic it may show you as logged in.
If think still continues try the query 'Lost Password' to reset your password and attempt with this, You can also try clearing browser history such as cookies, cache etc...

The ticket system: This is only available on Xisto Computing host make an account on there, sign in etc then find Submit ticket then explain your problem in a around one day your ticket will be replied to by a member off staff who will try and help you with your problem.
If the steps above do not work (not ticket system) then PM buffalohelp or OpaQue on these forums.
