it seems an interesting site johnseren, thank you for sharing. we should deal with teenagers very carefully to understand them and guide them in a way they accept it. this is a very significant phase in their life and we should always be there for them.

I always think and prefer some schools for troubled teenagers as, I know their strict rules and regulations and a very disciplined environment which is very necessary for them and results in good behavior.

First, i would recommend family counseling. I believe there is a huge disconnect between love and loyalty and i believe it is your mom who is the guilty party here, and your sister is reacting to that. If this doesn't work your troubled teenager must be send to boot camp.
