Well, I have the web-site which is secured. But, I have a password and a login name. I would like to do the following.

1. I need some advice which programming language I need to use for my project.
2. I would like to have a excel file named "stats", for example.
3. Then, some programming language logs into my account of the web-site.
4. Then, it reads such data such as symbol of the stock, high, low or open prices.
5. Then, it puts these data into excel file which is stored on FTP server.

Is it possible? Waiting for your suggestions?!
