First off if you are looking for a way to get rid of a RAT or worm this is not the right place
you need to make a little bit of future preparation for this:
install linux Ubuntu on to your computer via wubi (google :D)
1. find where the virus is normally it will be hiding in your root director or system folders you can also use task manager to find it by right clicking the process
2. boot in to ubuntu
3. go to the file and sent it the the "trash"
4. empty your trash can
5. boot back into windows
6. use a virus scanner like anti-malwarebytes to search for any left over registry keys or files

Hi!

I'd like to add that you don't have to install Ubuntu Linux. The installation CD/DVD also acts as a Linux LiveCD so you can boot directly off the installation media to access the disk. When looking up the process view of Task Manager, there usually is no indication of where the file is located, so there's the risk of deleting the wrong file. Perhaps an alternative would be to run a Linux-based virus scanning software to remove the virus rather than manually looking for the file to delete. Virus scanners work based on file signatures instead of file names and so would zap the right file.
