Simple and Easy. It's called IFRAME. The script is:

<Iframe src="http://url.com/whateverfile.mp4"></iframe>

This would simply embed the file into your webpage. They'd either see the .mp4 file or they'd see a download to the file if it wasn't compatible with their software. You can also use

<Iframe src="http://knowledgesutra.com"></iframe>

Just to embed the site link into your site. Many sites use IFrame for stuff such as Splitting their site's ideals such as Vbulltin's ADMIN PANEL.
