What Kind Of Html Is Used Here?

Does these websites allow third party html? like for example, adsense, affilite links imbibed? Or can I have forums on the templates?

I think you are confused. There is only one type of HTMl, there are different standards but essentially one type.

Forums do not use HTML to "work" it uses PHP and MYSQL.

The hosting here supports both of those with limits.

As for adsense that is not based on these servers but instead is based on google servers and uses only plain HTML, so yep, its supported here.

In truth pretty much anything that is standard to a LAMP server (FTP, SQL, HTML, PHP) is supported here.
