Video has had a significant impact in the consumer world. A similar trend is underway in the enterprise. In enterprises video is increasingly used for business meetings, user to user messaging, training, customer care, corporate events, corporate communications, safety and security. In many cases video must also be recorded. This explosion of video creates two challenges: finding and consuming them.

Video content has few issues at least on internet advertising.
1. Bandwidth - if you're hosting videos on shared server it'll go down in few hours. So there should be lot of bandwidth on cosumers side and on hosts side.
2. Annoyance - people are already annoyed with ads on tv, shopping mall, cinema halls. Adding video ads to site will surely annoy more visitors.
3. Irrelevant ads issue like text ads will also rise soon. But it'll be low in comparison to text ads because there is more investment in video ads than in text.
