my cable company (isp) was working on something on the telephone pole that was making my computer signal,phone and T.v. go on and offline by shutting down and starting thier computer modem over and over and then the computer shut down and now shuts off about 3 or 4 seconds after I start it,did my cable company damage my power supply? My computer was left online when I left the house but was powerd off when I returned and I suspect they caused the regulator part of the power supply to get damaged and inturn that caused the problem of it not starting for more than a few seconds now.Please help and let me know if my suspicion could be correct.....
