Hey, well ive recently restored my PC to factory settings and now my D and E drive has got a question mark with a red circle round it. Its the 2nd time ive restored my pc same problem and before i had restored it the E + D drive had completely went missing from My computer, I have gone into device manager it says the device is working fine, when i insert a disc it does not work. I think this problem is related to windows cause when im in BIOS recovering my pc dvd/cd drive works fine.
Can anyone help ?/

Try using "System Restore" or
Go to Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Computer Management > Disk Management ..
And add the CD/Removal Drive.
