"Copy9" was designed by GoldenSpy.
The program installs in the background, ie you can not turn on or off as a normal program. The program allows you, via web, know where the phone via GPS, lock the phone by activating a secret question. All this for free.
Also, if you pay, I do not know the cost, you can access to history calls, sms and websites visited.
Personally, I think it could be very useful, because in this you must install in background. So it's much harder to turn it off, because you do not know that is active.

I have not tried Omega Spy, but there is a cellular provider service that lets you send them a text message with a phone number to find out which area a particular cellular phone is. The service was marketed as a way for you to let your family and friends know where you are. I believe the service required you to enter the phone numbers of people who were allowed to view your location for privacy reasons, but I am not really sure if it was a requirement of using the service. Think of it as a passive location notification service - with services such as four square or tweets with location information or even facebook posts with location information, you have to send out or holler to the service to say that you are in a particular location, but with the cellular provider service, whoever wants to know where you are should be contacting the cellular provider by sending out a text message.

But, i see. OmegaSpy is better, cheaper of price ( only from 4.99$/ 10 days package ), high quality.... and if we don't want to pay, we can use the functions FIND ME and FIND MY FRIEND free ( compatible with all serial of iphone ). there has too many of choice, i'm puzzled. OmegaSpy???

@salena
If you would like to get stuff without paying for it, you ought to check out how open source software is built and create the software on your own. You can then either contribute your software to the Apple AppStore or run your software on a jailbroken iPhone.
A lot of open source software came into being because people were not happy with commercial alternatives or because they thought they were paying too much for something that ought to have been available for much cheaper, or perhaps even free!
