In this next piece of software is called Space Sniffer, it is a utility software that breaks down your whole hard drive and lets you how your hard drive space is being allocated and with the help of a few features you can even color code the space (tan, blue, green, yellow, red). It also comes with a filtering feature which is ok and the manual that comes with the download helps out in setting up the filters, I still find it cumbersome. However, the upside to this software is that it requires no installation and so you could put it on a Flash drive and carry it around with you.

Other then tell what your hard drive looks like, you can't delete or move any files, but at least you know where to go to help clean out your hard drive to free up space especially if you are running out of room.
