Welcome to Knowledgesutra. Are you having a problem with registration at Knowledgesutra ? If yes, Did you receive the verification mail yet? If you are still having problems registering at our forums please contact the support team at help at knowledgesutra dot com Give them a link to your profile and your email address.
In the meanwhile, check your spam/junk folder or login to your knowledgesutra account and "resend verification email"

Like Velma said, check your junk mail. When you go to resend your verification, also verify that the email address is correct. Often times people will miss, add or typo a single letter and not notice it.
