I am having a problem with my domain where it shows up in my xidomains.com account but isn't linked to my xistosupport.com account and does not show up there in my xistosupport.com. Since I need to pay this domain through my mycents balance, I will need the 2 accounts to be linked.
How can I solve this problem? Is there anything I need to do from my end or is it a problem on xisto's end and what can I do to fix this problem?
I really need this asap since my domain is about to expire. Thanks in advance for your help!
